New procurement system and updating supplier information

Procurement Services is currently migrating to a new e-procurement system called SciQuest which will be deployed Campus-wide by spring 2018.  This is a progressive deployment, meaning suppliers will be receiving orders from both the legacy system and the new system until the deployment is complete.  With the new system, orders will be distributed by e-mail from the address:

Please note that the new system requires information on the order and payment address in order for suppliers to be activated.  An email will be sent from: to each supplier asking them to validate and provide information about their data record (we will send what we already have in the current system).
