Training

Training will be offered to all users based on the SciQuest implementation phase through to the final deployment of the SciQuest project. In addition, ongoing training sessions will be offered for staff turnover on the following dates:

May 8, 2018, 9:30 to 12:00 – Requisitionner (English)

May 30, 2018, 9:30 to 12:00 – Campus Accounts Payable (French)

4 juin 2018, 9:30 to 12:00 – Requisitionner (French)

20 juin 2018, 9:30 to 12:00 – Approver (English)

28 juin 2018, 9:30 to 12:00 – Campus Accounts Payable (English)

5 juillet 2018, 9:30 to 12:00 – Requisitionner (English)

To register for one of the training sessions listed above please send an email to sciquest@uOttawa.ca. The deadline for registration is 48 hours prior to the date and time of the session and a minimum of 4 participants is required otherwise it will be cancelled.

Training videos

These training videos have been designed to offer users a quick reference for various tasks to be completed in SciQuest. The videos last only a few minutes in length and have been developed for the shopper, requisitioner and approver roles.
